Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProductLex AI (the "Service"), operated by ProductLex AI ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individual users and organizations.

Description of Service

ProductLex AI is a compliance intelligence platform that provides regulatory mapping, monitoring, and automation tools for enterprise manufacturers. The Service includes web-based dashboards, APIs, data analytics features, and related documentation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without prior written consent.
  • Use the Service to collect data for competing products or services.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and data models, are the exclusive property of ProductLex AI and are protected by international intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process and store that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductLex AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription in accordance with the applicable subscription agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately.
  • We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.
  • After the export period, we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
